"Kristina Desai, Joanne Flowers, Chavez, and all of the Biltmore staff are 5 stars. I'm one picky lady, but they pulled it off! I got married at the Biltmore Hotel on March 30, 2013 and had my ceremony and reception there. My guests were telling me this is the best wedding they have been to and I am extremely happy about that. I had this long list of things for Sales and catering to do and was very specific on things and everything was done. I'm pretty OCD, but everything was perfect. The ceremony was beautiful. My theme was Tiffanys and the white chairs with blue sashes were very classy. Banquets did a great job with setting up the ceremony and reception rooms. Also, the food was really good. We had a buffett and my guests went home well fed. I hate it when I go to weddings and I have to get some fast food after. I wanted to make sure when I got married, MY guests were well fed and they were! I was sketchy with the food at first because it was just OKAY at the tasting we had in December, but the food during the reception was very, very good and flavorful. Everyone loved the mac and cheese, prime rib, and salmon! The food had so much flavor! Hotel food is so-so, but the food turned out very well. Everyone was able to get seconds, or thirds, and even fourths...I also decided to stay at the hotel a day before the wedding and Joanne was able to accommodate my request- I wanted to check in at 7 AM! (I had an ear infection and had a MD appointment at 9, plus back to back appointments). Thank you everyone! You are awesome!" Erma N. via Yelp
Great for Large Meetings
We had a meeting of 100 guests at Biltmore hotel, and the hotel made it so easy! The staff was helpful, the food was great, the price was reasonable and our meeting guests were happy with the venue. Plus, they have a great bar and restaurant for all the guests that need to stay overnight. I would highly recommend Biltmore in Santa Clara! Lindsay E via TripAdvisor
GREAT PLACE TO STAY
We came to stay for one week for a long awaited vacation, and from what I have experienced, the staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms and facility are clean and we have totally enjoyed our time here. Our stay was in a tower room which was outstanding when having friends in. For myself and my 6 year old (who says she could live here) our stay has been great
Because I'm here as part of a convention I had a good rate for my 4 nights stay. This is my 1st time staying at the Biltmore. When you check in take a few minutes and check out the lobby it's like a mini museum with a piano bar." Room Tip: "The property is just off the freeway and just minutes to Great America Amusement Park. Try to get a room by the patio next to the pool. It's a nice place to sit around and shoot the breeze. WiFi internet access! (just4cruzn)
This review is strictly for the conference rooms that the Biltmore has available for corporate functions. The reservation process and detail to attention from the staff was great. I had no problem setting up everything via email and during the day of the event, they had everything set up way ahead of schedule which made my job much easier. The AV equipment was easy to use. Our employees had a great time snacking on the food and refreshments. Overall, it was a great experience and we will most likely use them again for our next company meeting
